In this paper it is pointed out the necessity of building relevant and universal accepted scientific domain-axiology that will show the valuable ways of scientific paradigms development. The structural template of such a domain-axiology is described, including scientific journals, conferences, institutions, research-projects and awards hierarchies. Some personal thoughts about what means relevant significant scientific and professional values are presented. A “gradient cognitive metaphor” - for comparing the impact of scientific contributions over the time - is proposed. Some concrete examples are presented, especially from computer engineering domain.
