The decrease of the students number (with 25% compared to reference year 2006) and the diminish of the quality of education level of the high education level graduates are the consequences of a weak implication of the government in the education process, of the instability (often changes) in the educational law package and curriculum change. Other factors involved in the process are analyzed in this article.
