The number of scientific journals increases with the intensification of research activity which is the characteristic future of our society. This is why we need to establish criteria to evaluate the quality of the journals, scientists, universities and research institutes based on the published scientific papers. The results will allow helping governments in strategic planning to finance research activities for sustainable development and to encourage the national and international scientific cooperation. Considering the huge number of journals, there is a lot of discussion which has to lead to the best results concerning journals evaluation.
