The author presents the preoccupation to the initiation in scientific research of the high school students which constitutes a distinct objective for educational offices of the traditional communities as: USA; Germany; Holland. In paper is presented a case study of the initiation of the Alexandru Proca Centre, initiative of the National Institute for Research and Development in Electrical Engineering (13 september 2013). Alexandru Proca Centre include students of the important colleges and lyceums of Bucharest with distinct scientific results at the international competitions of the research projects as INESPO, INTEL, etc. Other aspects of the Centre are also presented: the organization; the structure; the initiation course; the scientific projects; the team; the members evaluation.
