Excellence in engineering schools may by provided if it complies with the European directive on the strict separation of the Evaluation Committee of the Accreditation Commission. The Evaluation Committee and Committee of Accreditation must be two separate entities. Approval of an educational unit belongs to the Ministry of National Education and should be done on a proposal from the Commission for Accreditation.
