From studies performed in a single laboratory research, recent decades have opened the possibility of carrying out multicenter studies. For items with unique author, all duties related research tasks, drafting and relations with editorial board, are due of the single author. Also all the responsibilities after publication are the duty of the single author. In case of multi-author papers, these tasks are distributed to more people. One analyzes the necessary criteria for a researcher to be included in the category of authors. Regulations, specific tasks for the first author, last author and the corresponding author are analyzed according to various journals.
